She has built and led successful teams in Canada, France and the UK.

Upon joining a large tech company in the UK in 2016, she was startled to discover how a lack of structure and accountability within their Women's Network led not only to a lack of positive outcomes, but to a poor reputation among employees; the exact opposite of what the program was intended to achieve.

Over the next three years, she would completely transform the program. From positively impacting company policy to increasing employee engagement, positions on its board also became highly sought-after and an excellent indicator of leadership potential.

Kristy has always been passionate about all forms of diversity, often lauding the specific benefits that diverse professional and life experiences bring to our ability to solve complex problems and innovate.

She created this program in order to empower others to harness their passion and maximise positive outcomes.
